I don't often use the internet for ordering items, but even I found it easy.
As I know the missing piece I can see which it is. But the new piece is a very good match on colour and shape. The puzzle is complicated, and is shaped, and the missing piece was an edge bit.
The piece was made and returned well within the two weeks quoted, which allowing for the Christmas post I thought may not happen.

Virtually perfect and even the slight imperfection is barely visible - I've had worse fits from 'regular' puzzle pieces!
Colours are a very good match indeed - again you have to get very close to notice any difference.
Very easy, very efficient and good value. Put the smile back on my daughter's face when she realised she would have a complete Van Gogh painting on her wall after all!

This is an excellent service which I would highly recommend. My initial request comprised a missing piece of sky between the masts of a tall sailing ship which incorporated 4 extremely faint (almost imperceptible and thinner than a human hair)ropes, at different angles, stretching between the two masts. Not only did the piece fit exactly in the appropriate hue of the sky around it, but the ropes were all there, completely compatible with the surrounding pieces. No longer will I put puzzles with missing pieces back in the cupboard to "never be done again", I'll contact "The Jigsaw Doctor".

I contacted the Jigsaw Doctor about an old quite rare Waddington's Plan-a-Jig jigsaw from the 1970s I have, which had one pice missing. I sent the surrounding pieces, scan and payment as requested and within a week a replacement piece arrived, which is such good quality you cannot tell from looking at the now cmplete jigsaw that it was ever missing. Won't hesitate to use them again for other jigsaws, when cost effective to replace a missing piece or two...

Thank-you for the replacement puzzle piece which arrived today. I am most impressed with your service. Not only speedy but the quality of the replacement was such that even an "eagle-eye" perfectionist like myself cannot identify it as not being original - and I know where to look! I had reservations about how authentic it would look and more particularly whether pieces with a dark colouring would be less successful at copying, as I couldn't see an example on your website. I thought the chamfer that is on the original piece wouldn't be reproduced well or that the finish may look a little "flat". None of these doubts were realised, however.

The whole process was easy and hassle-free.Well done, for giving such excellent service. That's not a comment that can be used frequently these days. I'd have no hesitation to use your service again - though ironically of course, I hope I don't have to!! No hesitation to recommend it either.
